The 2nd Annual Taste of Abbot Kinney

In a few weeks is the 2nd Annual Taste of Abbot Kinney, and the first one made big news last year with 500 participants and proceeds benefiting Inside Out Community Arts which brings after-school arts education to Los Angeles’ most in-need children.

On Sunday, October 24th, from 3 to 7 pm you can eat, drink and dance as shops stay open late and the street is bustling with hipsters. Some of the participating restaurants are: Joe’s, Lilly’s, The Other Room, Lemonade, Primitivo and food trucks such as Ludo’s, Slammin’ Sliders and more. There will be wine tastings, beer tastings, mobile haircutting from Floyd’s Barber Shop,  photo sessions by Erika Seress Photography, you can get a quick massage or polish change all while listening to several different musicians playing live throughout the day.

You can buy Ticket Packages for 15, 30, 45 or 60 tickets.  The more tickets you buy, the more you can taste. At the Taste, tickets are your currency. Packages range from a discounted price of $25 to $120 if you buy then in advance but you can get them at a discount here.

A tasting from Joe’s Bar and Restaurant might be 3 tickets. A tasting from Ludo Truck or a wine tasting might be 2 tickets. A fun experience like a Tarot Card reading or a nail polish change might be 3 or 4 tickets.

I’m so in…can’t wait!
