Seeds of Change…yummy side dish

I went to Whole Foods today, since I go there about once every other month becaues I’m definitely more of a Trader Joe’s girl;  but every now and then I have to mix it up, especially for fresh fish. I needed a good and healthy side to my mahi mahi when I spoted this ‘new item’ in the rice section:

I thought the packaging was great, I loved that it was organic and a combo of Quinoa (which is good but bland) and wild rice. Seemed like a hearty but healthy option for dinner. It was easy to cook and so flavorful! We both loved it.
