2 Good Skewer Recipes-Kabab’s Are On!

We had a Father’s Day bbq with friends last night and I was in charge of the meat. I don’t usually test new recipes on people, but in this case I did (they were neighbors too…so I felt like it was more ok). I made two delicious options, if I do say so myself, and there were hardly any left.  Picture below is pre-grilling…but you get the drift.

Get the recipes for Emeril’s Beef Kabob’s (I would have added mushrooms but I ran out of room on the skewer) and Tyler Florences Chicken and Pineapple Skewers. So Yummy!
