Autumn Vegetable Soup

I made a few things today as we just got back from 4 nights in Mexico and I HATE a bare fridge. After some peeling and chopping, I created this in about 40 minutes..piece of cake. Froze half of it for a cold night.  I didn’t really measure the vegetables. I bought a large butternut squash, 2 sweet potatoes, 4 carrots, 1 large granny smith apple…and I used chicken broth and agave syrup.
