Lemon Basil Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Spring Veggies

I received this recipe a few weeks ago and couldn’t wait to try it. Just something about the peas, asparagus and zucchini seemed yummy to me.

This was really easy, just a few steps, and I used a combination of low fat and whipped cream cheese (I had the latter from my neighbor Julie) and it turned out to be delicious. Next time I would add mushrooms for sure. I could see wanting to also add carrots for color I’m not sure that’s my thing.
